Student Testimonials

I love the community here so much. So many lovely, kind, and passionate teachers that feel like long-time friends. I’m really grateful that this studio honors the yoga practice in it’s entirety. They do not reduce the practice to just a workout class. Banana Yoga honors that yoga is just as much about spiritual and emotional wellness as it is about physical well-being.

The teachers here support me in having a fully integrated practice. They have sliding scale prices, and the monthly membership here is way more affordable than other studios in the area. I go to the studio 4-6 times a week, and I’m so so grateful to be a part of the Banana Yoga community!

Banana yoga is the most inclusive spot I’ve found in the Bay Area. The studio is clean, instructors are well versed, great at teaching and understanding of various bodies. Their payment and booking system is easy to navigate. I cannot recommend enough.

Getting my body moving isn’t always easy for me because of anxiety, but Banana Yoga keeps me coming back because the instructors are genuine healers.

I can release the fear of being seen when I’m there because I know I can expect to be guided through movement with compassion in a space where I feel safe to be a beginner.
