Community Tea
Friday July 25th 7:30-9:00pm
Join us every 4th Friday for a nourishing session of tea and conversation about yogic philosophy and our spiritual journeys. This is not a lecture but an open discussion about how this practice affects our lives everyday.

This month's topic: Yoga Sutra 1.20: Sraddha-Virya-Smrti-Samadhi-Prajna-Purvakah Itaresam
Translation: Others (without innate abilities) can follow a systematic practice rooted on faith, confidence and mindfulness to ignite the energy and willpower required to maintain a steady focus and evenness of mind that leads to insight, knowledge and wisdom.

Full Moon Femme Circle
Saturday July 12th 7:00pm
The full moon is a reminder to slow down, reflect, & reconnect with your inner goddess. Join us for a comfy & cozy night in the studio as we celebrate the sacredness of sisterhood.
Expect the evening to include journaling, meditation, & restorative movement. A vegan snack & tea will also be provided. There will be guided movement, meditation, journaling, and space for authentic connecting.
