Why 36? It’s a traditional, auspicious nod toward the sacred 108, offering the perfect balance of challenge and accessible celebration to ignite your inner fire for the season ahead. Maybe you can get to the full 108 by the end of the 21st.
Free Community Class - Flow and Restore
Free community yoga, all donations benefit the Social Justice Collaborative and their work of providing legal aid to immigrants in the East Bay.
Our Flow and Restore (Yang to Yin) session offers the ultimate recalibration by dedicating the first 30 minutes to an active, heat-building Vinyasa flow designed to burn off the life's physical and mental stress. This "moving meditation" provides a high-energy workout that tires the body just enough to prepare the mind for the profound stillness of the second half.
Transitioning into the "Yin" portion, you will use bolsters, blankets, and props to fully surrender into restorative postures that target deep connective tissues and balance the body’s chi. You will leave the mat feeling physically lighter and mentally spacious, having successfully bridged the gap between effort and ease.

(Free Community Event) Mayan Abdominal Massage
In Mexican Traditional Medicine and Curanderismo, the belly is understood to be much more than just a set of physical organs. It is a sacred, tender space where the "waters" of our body live—and the place where our deep emotional life and intuition are processed and stored.
Whether you are looking to deepen your own self-care ritual, are curious about holistic healing modalities, or simply love learning new, embodied skills, this workshop offers an accessible, supportive entry point into the art of abdominal bodywork.
Led by practitioner Carmina Márquez, this workshop is designed for the curious seeker. Carmina will guide us through the history, lineage, and energetic foundations of traditional sobadas (massages) before transitioning into a practical, hands-on learning experience.
Free Yoga for the Queer Community
Free yoga for the queer community. We begin with a nourishing, low-impact flow designed to build a soft, internal heat. This is a gentle, rhythmic practice that honors your body exactly as it shows up today. While we stay active and off the floor more than a restorative class, we move with intention and ease.
All bodies, sizes, and abilities are celebrated here. We enthusiastically encourage the use of props to make the practice work for you, rather than forcing your body to work for the pose. This isn’t a class about "fixing" or "perfecting"; it is a practice of liberation and self-reclamation.
After we settle the body, we transition into a dedicated time for the soul. Each week, we explore a guided self-reflection prompt designed to help you check in with your inner landscape. Following the prompt, we open the circle for sharing and witnessing. This is a confidential, safe container where you can speak your truth and be seen beyond your physical practice.
Sound Bath with Jordan Boyd
Free community event, Sound Bath with Jordan Boyd. Enjoy a full body meditative experience immersed in sound and healing vibrations. This 60 minute sound bath will explore vibrations such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion, nature recordings, and horns to support relaxation and peace.

Cacao and Restore
This class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. We begin by sipping ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine known for gently opening the heart and grounding the body. As the cacao warms you from the inside, we’ll set an intention rooted in compassion, presence, and rest. The practice that follows is a deeply nourishing restorative flow. Postures are fully supported with props and held for longer periods, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to release without effort. Movement is minimal and mindful, guided by breath and subtle sensation rather than strength or flexibility. This is a practice of being, not doing. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to receive. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and deeply restored. Cacao sustainably sourced in Peru by the instructor, who holds a deep connection to the land and her people.
