Arm Balancing with Sunset
Build the confidence, Strength and concentration you need to safely land arm balancing poses. This 3 week series offers you a chance to experience arm balances in a safe, kind and guided environment 💛
Each class can be taken independently, or the sessions will build on each other if you attend all three. To attend, you should have some experience practicing yoga & should feel comfortable in Chaturanga. During the second and third weeks, experience with Crow pose will be a helpful foundation. You don't have to be an expert, wobbles and wiggles welcome!

All-levels vinyasa flow built to reset the nervous system, build energy, and strengthen the body. This 60 minute flow is focused on building heat in the body while connecting deeper to your breathe in order to sooth tension stored in the muscles. This class if for Spanish speakers or people who are learning Spanish and want to improve their vocabulary through immersion.

Embodied Awakening: A Somatic Workshop
Our bodies hold so much wisdom and medicine, but they also hold onto unprocessed emotions and experiences that keep us stuck in our minds and playing small in the world.
In this 90-minute workshop, we will drop into the body using various somatic tools and back-door-bandit our subconscious mind to receive healing, insights and access to new gifts. This is a space for self-exploration that serves your highest good and meets you exactly where you are at. Each person’s experience will be unique and their own.
Sound Bath
Enjoy a full body meditative experience immersed in sound and healing vibrations. This 60 minute sound bath will explore vibrations such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, percussion,nature recordings, and horns to support relaxation and peace.

Gaza Surf Club Documentary Viewing Party
Gaza Surf Club is a 2016 documentary film which follows several surfers from Gaza and documents their efforts to surf and survive. Join us for this special screening of the film, hear from local surfers, artists, and activists connected to the Gaza surf community today, and connect with community.
Suggested donation of $20 - $200 will be collected at the door in cash or Venmo, with all collected funds going directly to our siblings in Gaza. No one turned away for lack of funds.

Stretching & Sketching: Figure Drawing and Figure Modeling Workshop
(Adults Only 18+ event) Join us for 2 hours of stretching and figure drawing. Each participant will have an opportunity to model for 20 minutes, and to draw at least four other models.

Breathwork Journey— A Reset for the Soul
