Cacao and Restore: Free Member Event

  • Banana Yoga 5827 San Pablo Avenue Emeryville, CA, 94608 United States (map)

This event is included with monthly memberships.

This class is an invitation to slow down, soften, and come home to yourself. We begin by sipping ceremonial cacao—an ancient plant medicine known for gently opening the heart and grounding the body. As the cacao warms you from the inside, we’ll set an intention rooted in compassion, presence, and rest.

The practice that follows is a deeply nourishing restorative flow. Postures are fully supported with props and held for longer periods, allowing the nervous system to unwind and the body to release without effort. Movement is minimal and mindful, guided by breath and subtle sensation rather than strength or flexibility.

This is a practice of being, not doing. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to receive. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open-hearted, and deeply restored.

Cacao sustainably sourced in Peru by the instructor, who holds a deep connection to the land and her people.

Free for monthly members and their guests. Reserve your spot here
