Arm Balancing Workshop (Free to Join)

As part of our 3 year anniversary celebration, we’re offering a Free Arm Balancing workshop for our community! Build the confidence, strength and concentration you need to safely land arm balancing poses. Space is limited. Please register ASAP.

We’ll begin with a warm-up & group discussion of prior arm balance experience and goals for the day.

As a group, we will choose if we’d prefer to focus on an open hip arm balance combo (elephant trunk, eight angle, & eka pada 2) or core strength and inversion training (from crow pose, headstand, & headstand/handstand conditioning).

You’ll learn alignment details and tricks for each arm balance, then there will be time to practice, with plenty of time to rest & ask questions, or to build up combos & transitions if you’re feeling ready for it.

Class will end with a gentle cool down to help you release & reset mentally and physically.
