As part of our 3 year anniversary celebration we are offering a Free Arm Balancing workshop for our community. Space is limited please register ASAP.
Build the confidence, strength and concentration you need to safely land arm balancing poses.
The session will begin with a warm-up, then you'll learn poses related to the week's featured arm balances.
We'll spend 10 minutes on each balance. During this time, you'll see the pose & learn entrances to it. You'll learn alignment details and tricks for the shape, and you'll have time to try to balance with plenty of time to rest between attempts & to ask questions.
After the last arm balance, class will end with a gentle cool down to help reset out muscles.
