In a time when our communities are under constant attack; it is important now more than ever to ground and restore ourselves so that we remain skillful in our daily interactions and larger activism. This class is a gentle flow with breathwork and mindfulness practices infused. After class we will have time for journaling, and sharing/witnessing.
Allies are welcome, we request you to please be mindful of the space you take up in the room and the weight your voice carries.
